My journey

I’ve always been fascinated by people: how they think, act, and what motivates them. Early in my career, I explored branding, business strategy, marketing and design, which naturally led me to Product Design, a field where I could combine my passion for understanding human behaviour and love for creative problem solving and aesthetics.

Since 2021, I’ve been refining my product design expertise across fintech, banking, superannuation and freelance client products, delivering value through:
UX Research – Uncovering deep insights to drive meaningful, user centred solutions.
Service Design – Taking a holistic problem solving approach to identify root issues and the best solutions.
End-to-end UX/UI – Managing the entire product journey, from ideation to launch, maintaining a big picture perspective while meticulously refining the details.
